Full Job Description
Role Summary

Our Robotics organization is looking for a software engineer that will design, develop, and maintain the application systems, integrations, and orchestration that enable robots to operate reliably in production environments. This includes coordinating robot behaviors, managing system state, and integrating with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Push and maintain code in production for robot coordination, system state management, and operational workflows
  • Build and maintain integrations with robot platforms, APIs, services, and data systems
  • Develop fault-tolerant, fail-safe robotic software and scalable systems
  • Triage and root-cause field issues reported from the Warehouse, driving necessary fleet SW, integration, and Robot SW changes based on analysis and findings.
  • Work closely with robotics engineers, ML engineers, multi-robot coordination teams, and product teams
  • Lead or contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning
  • Guide and support operations in the warehouse to achieve and sustain throughput goals.

Additional Requirements

Compensation

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $160,000 - $210,000/year. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this position will also receive generous equity for this position.
