The Role:Our engineering teams are building the next generation of AI-powered products. In this role, you'll build the platform our engineers stand on: the infrastructure, pipelines and tooling that let them ship AI-powered products quickly and safely. You'll work side by side with product and data engineers, have a real voice in architecture decisions, and own meaningful projects from scoping through rollout.
What You'll Do:- Own infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines so engineering teams can ship safely, often and with confidence
- Bring an infrastructure perspective to architecture decisions early, working alongside engineers rather than at handoff
- Own infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines so engineering teams can ship safely and often
- Improve observability, alerting and incident response, tracing problems to root cause and sharing what we learn
- Lead defined infrastructure projects from scoping through rollout
- Keep our AWS environment secure, reliable and cost-efficient
- Review teammates' infrastructure code and share what you learn
- Use AI tools in your own infrastructure work, and share what works so the whole team gets faster
About You and What You've Done:- Hands-on AWS experience with core services (e.g., EC2, EKS or ECS, S3, IAM, networking).
- 2-4 years of DevOps engineering experience, ideally in a small or mid-size company where you've worn several hats
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
- A track record of owning projects end to end and explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to engineers outside infrastructure
- Curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools to speed up infrastructure, debugging or automation work
- Nice to have: Kubernetes experience
