Minimum Qualifications
Security Clearance - A current TS/SCI level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.
At least 9 years of experience in Software Engineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g., Spring, Guava) and a Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
Experience in designing enterprise APIs.
Experience in RESTful web services.
Experience in Microservices architecture.
Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigms.
Experience with the agile software lifecycle.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Git, Nexus, Maven).
Comfortable working on a linux command line.
Has a proven ability to learn quickly and works well both independently as well as in a team setting.
Problem solving skills and ability to review information and compile data appropriately as needed.
DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certification will be required in this position within 60 days of employment.
Must be able to work on customer site in Hanover, MD 1-2 days per week and Enlighten's Columbia, MD office 1 day per week. Flexibility is essential to adapt to schedule changes as needed.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with NiFi, Kafka, AWS Infrastructure, and K8's.
Experience in cloud based technologies (AWS, Azure).
Prior experience or familiarity with our Big Data Platform is a plus.
Understanding of agile software development methodologies and use of standard software development tool suites. (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Youtrack, Github, etc.)
