WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
A Software Engineer researches, analyzes, various 802.11 traffic and subsequently designs, authors, enhances, verifies, and releases high-quality operational software which satisfies mission and foundational requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, and seven(7) years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and projects of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Key skills in: C++, User interface development (Flutter, QT, etc), 802.11, Matlab, DSP
- Familiarity with in and out of band Wifi standards and protocols a plus
- Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Specific duties include:
- Implement development in a tailored agile methodology, utilizing GitLab for build/merges
- Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
- Clearly communicating in a team environment with fellow engineers, stakeholders, and customers
- Estimate, decompose, and implement iterative tasks, automated tests, and routine builds, in a team environment
The likely salary range for this position is $175,950 - $238,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
