What We're Looking For- 4+ years of production React experience using Typescript
- A proven track record of delivering successful creative projects and designing innovative and delightful user experiences
- A strong emphasis on high decomp skills, with the ability to think creatively to develop effective solutions to complex design challenges
- Ability to balance creative quality with project delivery expectations
- Work experience with software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Nice To Have- Experience working with AI/ML tools and products, with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the technologies
Compensation$145,000 - $220,000 + Equity
This is a full-time, in-person position based at our New York City office.
