Job Description

We are looking for experienced Software Developers to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer.

The Software Engineer will support the team in the following activities (including but not limited to):

Use customer tools (i.e., AppDynamics, ServiceNow) to develop and maintain dashboards that display useful system monitoring information for leadership and end users

Provide guidance to end users on how to make adjustments to system dashboards

Use experience and data trends to determine what system monitoring information/metrics should be collected and displayed to add value to the end user

Use experience with customer's monitoring tools and knowledge of customer's strategic objectives to identify areas of improvement and recommend implementation plans

Research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software

Participate in in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards

Document testing and maintenance of system corrections

Interact with customers for support and services

Research, understand, and develop using new technologies and standards as needed

Handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment

Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions

Required Skills

A Bachelor's or Master's degrees are preferred with a minimum of six (6) year's relevant experience with the following skillsets:

Linux scripting experience (Python, Java, Ruby, or .Net); working within the Linux CMD line

Development experience in Cloud environment (Amazon Web Services)

Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to work independently, and also work in a team environment

Aptitude and willingness to work with variety of newer emerging technologies/tools as opportunities demand

Ability to deliver enhanced functionality, aid with new implementations, and provide continuous support within the scheduled time while preserving system integrity required

High degree of initiative, creativity, and technical ability to function on this team required

Experience in ServiceNow development and integration

AWS Cloud Certification(s)

Additional Details

Compensation & Benefits: This position has an anticipated salary range of $218,400-$336,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education, certifications, and business needs.
