Software Engineer, Agents
The STLabs Agents team designs, builds, and deploys proactive AI agents to help service desks resolve requests end-to-end. We're looking for software engineers to help us:
Maintain the most ergonomic harness, tooling, and information sources for agents to solve enterprise problems.
Scale our agents' infrastructure to support millions of users.
Define the user experience of doing enterprise work with agents.
Evaluate performance, optimize models, and ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of agent systems.
