NB: This is an internally deployed role building and embedding functionality within our organisation, not an engineering role working on our customer facing AI/ML Platform.Your Mission Reporting to the VP, Corporate Strategy, you'll build internal products, automations, and workflows that improve how teams across the business operate. Around 80% of your time will focus on hands-on engineering: understanding business needs, building the tools yourself, and helping teams put them into use. The remaining 20% will focus on internal consulting, acting as a sounding board for leadership on software development benchmarks and best practices.
The value you bring:- Build internal products and automations: Work with teams across the company to identify useful internal projects and write the software that delivers them.
- Roll out tools that teams use: Help teams adopt the tools you build, with a focus on improving their day-to-day work and delivering business impact.
- Process and tooling improvements: Examine and improve internal tooling, data flows, and processes, including end-to-end data architecture, starting with sales.
- Internal consulting on engineering practices: Advise leadership on software development benchmarks and best practices, drawing on your own experience building and delivering software.
- Cross-functional alignment: Translate between business needs and technical decisions, and communicate clearly with engineering, product, and other teams.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience with a senior engineer or product manager background from a top tech company building complex products.
- Beyond engineering, you'll have direct working experience of working with Generative AI tools to deploy Functionallity or Enablement within an organisation.
- Strong hands-on building skills. you ship working software, not just diagrams. AI fluency is essential (LLMs, automation, modern AI tooling).
- Dialed into modern engineering and product practices.
- Confident operator - you can walk into any function, diagnose what's broken, and drive change.
- Strong change management instincts - you can win over skeptical teams and make new ways of working stick.
- Comfortable moving between strategy conversations and shipping code in the same week.

MA Pay Range: $88,000 - $168,000
