Job DescriptionFull Visibility is seeking a Software Devloper - Mid with a Top Secret clearance to work onsite in Quantico VA.The Software Developer Mid will responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications to meet system requirements. Develops block diagrams, logic flowcharts, and engineering documentation, translating detailed designs into functional software. Tests, debugs, and refines custom software to reduce processing time and improve efficiency. Prepares program-level and user-level documentation.
Requirements- ActiveTop Secret clearance This position may require thesuccessfulcompletion of a Counterintelligence (CI)Polygraph.
- BS degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4years of relevant experience
- Currentexperience as an applications programmer on computer and database managementsystems.
- Experience analyzing functional business requirements and designspecifications for functional activities
- Proven experience in designing and developing software and using databases tosatisfy design objectives.
- Knowledge of Agile software development techniques such as scrum
Preferred Qualifications:- Recent experience of programming in the .Net programming language on Linux orwindows OS is a plus.
- Recent experience of programming for web applications utilizing JavaScript isa plus.
- Recent experience with no SQL database such as MongoDB, is a plus.
- Recent development experience in Java on Linux or windows OS is desirable.
TARGETSALARY RANGE: Thewage range for this role takes into account the widerange of factors that are considered in makingcompensation decisions including but not limited toskill sets; experience and training; licensure andcertifications; and other business and organizationalneeds.It is not typical for an individual to behired at or near the top of the range for their role andcompensation decisions are dependent on the facts andcircumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of thecurrent range is $110-155k
