Job Summary:

AssuranceAmerica is seeking a Software Developer to join our growing technology organization as we continue to transform how technology enables and advances the insurance business. This role will directly support our Commercial Auto team and partner closely with the business to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. You will work within a collaborative, high-performing team of experienced IT professionals and interface directly with key stakeholders to understand business challenges, translate requirements, and develop effective technology solutions. Your day-to-day contributions will have a direct and meaningful impact on our employees, agency partners, and customers, helping to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test and maintain software application using modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
