- 3+ years of experience on software development teams.
- 3+ years of object-oriented programming experience (Python, Go, C#, or Java).
- 3+ years of experience with version control systems.
- Experience deploying applications and working with CI/CD tools (GitLab).
- Experience with application containerization.
- Experience with system automation using PowerShell or Bash.
- Knowledge of programming fundamentals, concepts, and language mechanics.
- HS diploma or GED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support agile software development to modernize existing systems.
- Perform implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and general DevSecOps support from both OS and software development perspectives.
- Develop or contribute to solutions for problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Work independently with some guidance; may mentor junior team members.
- Apply functional and general industry knowledge to full-stack development across front-end and back-end systems.
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Full-stack development using Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash, Git, .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL.
- Experience with SDLC, web front-end and back-end development, client-side and server-side development.
- Integration and API development.
- UI/UX, AngularJS, React.js, Empower, AWS tools.
- Knowledge of both Linux and Windows administration a plus.
- Containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher (preferred).
- Database technologies: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB (preferred).
- JavaScript libraries/frameworks: jQuery, d3, React, Vue (preferred).
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure (preferred).
- Experience with AI/ML concepts or LLMs (preferred).
Additional Information:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4+ years of directly related experience, or Master's degree and 0-2+ years accepted.
- Equivalent years of experience or relevant certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree for certain roles.
