- Develop, improve and maintain high-quality software components in C++
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions
- Be the developer that other developers can count on and ask for advice
- Play a key role in business-critical projects in various areas of development (Client, Back-end, Research and others)
Basic Qualifications:- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Strong experience in C++ development (professional or private)
- Solid understanding of computer architecture, memory management, and low-level programming
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and portable code
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Passion for building robust and scalable software
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills and Experience:- Experience managing large scale systems
- Developed and deployed software that has been used in real world applications
- Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing
- Previous experience in other programming languages
