You'll serve as the main point of contact for the client on all day-to-day soft services operations, managing janitorial, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and snow removal across multiple sites. Given the government account nature of this portfolio, meticulous attention to detail, thorough documentation, and strict contract adherence are imperative to success. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way-for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees-and this role is integral to that mission. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll experience this firsthand as you navigate between sites in your personal vehicle and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Maintain rigorous documentation standards in accordance with government account requirements, including detailed record-keeping of service activities, vendor performance, and budget tracking
  • Drive the rebidding process for expiring contracts, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and onboard new service providers while meeting government procurement standards
  • Manage projects from small improvements to large-scale initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to align timelines, budgets, and client expectations
  • Respond to 24/7 on-call snow and ice emergencies at critical facilities, which may require immediate onsite presence to coordinate response efforts
