Experience with MDS assessments is essential.
Familiarity with PCC software is advantageous.

Social Worker
We are seeking a Social Worker - for a TEMPORARY assignment.
$40 per hour.
Full-Time; Monday - Friday schedule.
Social Worker Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field.
One year of Social Work in a Nursing Home required.
Must have MDS assessment experience.
Experience using PCC is a plus.
