NOW HIRING:
Social Worker Director Shift: Full-Time, 1st Shift Location: Bergen County, NJ **applicants must reside in Bergen County area**
Interview Method: Interview by TEAMS (virtual) only
Annual Salary: $80K-$85K/year (based on experience and licensure)
Social Worker Director Responsibilities:- Help to identify residents' psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.
- Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents.
- Work with an interdisciplinary team to promote and protect residents' rights.
- Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure.
Social Worker Director Qualifications: - A minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or another human services field to include, but not limited to, sociology, gerontology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
- One year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
- 1 year of long-term care experience
Social Worker Director License Requirements:- Must have an active/ valid LSW or CSW
