  • Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, quality, and adherence to firm standards across all social activity.
  • Develop platform-native, mobile-first content tailored to consumer needs across the customer journey, from awareness and education through consideration and conversion.

Thought Leadership & Employee Advocacy

  • Respond to comments, questions, and conversations, following appropriate review and escalation processes where required.
  • Identify opportunities to participate in relevant industry conversations and build stronger relationships with consumer audiences.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and emerging issues, escalating risks as appropriate.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Use data and social listening insights to continuously improve content, engagement, and channel strategies.
  • Track consumer-focused outcomes such as qualified traffic, inquiries, registrations, leads, and conversion signals in partnership with digital and analytics teams.
  • Apply testing and learning to optimize creative, messaging, calls to action, audience segments, and consumer journeys.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with PDS Marketing, service leaders, subject matter experts, communications, digital, web, CRM, and client experience teams, and other internal stakeholders to support integrated initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, creative partners, platform representatives, and vendors as required.
