Full Job Description
In order to strengthen our Communication team we are looking to hire a Social Media & KOL Strategy Manager, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

In this position we are seeking a strategic, creative and culturally fluent Manager, Social Media & Influencer Strategy to lead the brand's social media presence and creator programming across North America. This individual will own the strategy, editorial direction, and day-to-day management of [redacted], Ferrari North America's 2.5M-follower Instagram channel, while partnering closely with Ferrari's global social team in Italy to develop and supply content for global social media channels based on key launches, campaigns, events and projects.

A major focus of the role is content development and production. This person is responsible for sourcing, creating, and managing the content that appears on [redacted], including concept development, creative briefs, photo and video shoots, real-time event coverage, asset sourcing, and post-production oversight. The ideal candidate combines strong editorial and creative instincts with an analytical mindset and understands how to translate Ferrari's brand identity into culturally relevant, platform-native storytelling.

As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, editorial calendar, publishing, audience growth and day-to-day management of FerrariUSA.
  • Lead end-to-end content development and production across photography, short- and long-form video, social-first storytelling and real-time event coverage, including creative briefs, shoot management, asset sourcing and post-production.
  • Manage agencies, production partners, photographers, videographers, editors, creators and freelancers to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
  • Partner with Ferrari's global social team to concept, produce and supply North American content for Ferrari's global channels as appropriate.
  • Oversee social media alignment across Ferrari's North American dealer network, including content distribution, brand guidance, best practices and strategic support.
  • Develop and execute influencer, creator and celebrity partnerships, from talent identification and creative development through execution and performance measurement.
  • Build social and creator strategies around major Ferrari moments including vehicle launches, motorsport, events, experiential activations and other brand initiatives.
  • Monitor culture, social conversation, platform trends and competitor activity to identify creative opportunities and potential brand risks. Compile insights into quarterly reports for executives.
  • Define KPIs, analyze social and creator performance, and translate data into actionable insights and executive reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Communications, Marketing, Sales, Ferrari S.p.A. and external partners to align social strategy with broader brand and business objectives.
  • Continuously identify new ways to elevate Ferrari's social presence while protecting the integrity and distinctiveness of the brand.


In order to succeed in this challenging role Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience.

The following skills are required to perform the role: Demonstrated experience leading social strategy and managing a major brand social channel. Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and evolving social platforms and audience behaviors. Strong editorial judgment and exceptional written communication skills. Experience overseeing end-to-end photo and video content production. Experience managing influencer, creator and/or celebrity partnerships. Strong understanding of social analytics, social listening and performance measurement. Experience working across regional, global, dealer, retail or distributed social ecosystems. Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration and external partner management skills. Ability to balance cultural relevance and creative experimentation with the standards of a global luxury brand. Experience in the luxury or automotive industries is a plus.
