Position Overview:
Raven Advisory LLC is seeking a SOAMT Program Manager to manage the special operations austere medical training program. In this role the program manager will oversee performance, budget, and contract compliance. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of the program.
- Ensure the curriculum is aligned with current Joint Trauma System Guidelines.
- Manage training equipment, simulators, and medical supplies.
- Maintain accreditation, certifications, and compliance.
- Report course metrics and deliver after action reviews (AARs).
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of USSOCOM 18D, SOCM, SARC, or SOIDC programs, with a minimum of four (4) years' operational SOF experience and multiple combat deployments.
- Must have at least seven (7) years of instructing USSOCOM medical courses.
Must hold a current Paramedic, PA, RN, or MD licensure/certification (highly desirable).
