Pay Range
$47.50 - $71.25

Position Highlights
• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Shared call rotation
• In-person and virtual visits supported by Medical Assistant
• Manage complex patients with ongoing follow-up throughout stay
• Collaborate with SNF team to facilitate care coordination
• Implement discharge planning to improve patient outcomes
• Signing bonus, CME, and relocation available.
