Could you be the full-time Site Supply Chain Director in Thunder Bay, ON we're looking for?

You'll play a pivotal role in defining, planning, and executing the full suite of supply chain processes for our Thunder Bay site, including industrial planning, materials planning, and logistics operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., regional supply chain, site management, and project committees), lead the implementation of supply chain strategies, and ensure operational excellence across all processes.
You'll specifically take care of managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) processes, but also support projects in achieving Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments.
We'll look to you for:
- Adapting and deploying supply chain strategies in alignment with regional and local goals
- Implementing and managing standards, processes, methods, and tools for supply chain operations
- Identifying site-specific needs and contributing to the development of transversal processes and tools
- Building and deploying a targeted organizational structure and people development roadmap
- Ensuring compliance with Alstom Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
- Preparing and managing budgets while identifying opportunities for improvement and synergy
- Driving performance through KPI management and process reviews
- Providing support to stabilize or mobilize supply chain operations in emerging sites or new business areas

• A university degree
• 10-15 years of experience in an industrial environment
• 5-10 years of experience managing large teams (unionized and non-unionized)
• 10 years of experience in supply chain management
• ERP management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proven ability to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $134,560 - $176,610 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
