Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Basic knowledge of construction trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, masonry)
CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training available)

Full Job Description
The Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for supervising all field activities. This person will maintain and execute the project plan and ensure compliance with budget, schedule, plans and specifications. The Site Superintendent will also supervise and coordinate all construction activities and create site specific plans and procedures, ensuring the implementation of safety programs to create a safe work environment throughout the job site.

Requirements
7-10 years of experience overseeing commercial construction job sites.
DoD or federal construction experience is highly desired.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, etc.
OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
CQM certification is highly desired.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and/or material - excellent stamina.
