The Role
We're looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations on our luxury custom residential projects. You'll be the on-site leader - the person who keeps the schedule tight, the site safe, the subs accountable, and the quality exactly where it needs to be. You'll work closely with our project managers and leadership team, and you'll represent Vine Homes on the ground every day. - Run weekly subcontractor and safety meetings
- Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a clean, safe, well-organized job site at all times
- Coordinate all required inspections with local jurisdictions
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to guide on-site activities
- Communicate proactively with the project team on RFIs, ASIs, submittals, and any field conflicts
- Maintain daily logs in Autodesk- activities, issues, decisions, weather
- Hold subs accountable to scope, quality, and schedule; issue non-compliance notices when warranted
- Lead punch list identification and completion through project closeout
- Represent Vine Homes professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partners

- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and keeps everyone aligned
- A problem solver - you identify issues early, bring solutions, and don't wait for someone else to act
- High level of professionalism in everything you do - with clients, subs, inspectors, and your team
