Superintendent (Construction)Maple Reinders is currently looking to add a Construction Superintendent to our Buildings division on a project based in Petawawa, Ontario.
As a Superintendent with Maple Reinders, you will play a key role in overseeing field operations, coordinating site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
At Maple Reinders, we look for leaders who can:- Direct field operations while adhering to schedules, budgets, safety, and risk requirements.
- Effectively manage field employees by providing guidance and leadership on construction activities.
- Develop and execute project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Foster strong communication between field and project teams.
We are focused on candidates who currently have:- Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
- Experience delivering commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, infrastructure, or related construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Post-secondary construction-related education would be considered an asset.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000/year (depending on experience)
Location: Based in Mississauga, ON with projects located throughout Ontario.
