Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering- Architect and implement secure, resilient hosting environments with best practices for redundancy, disaster recovery, and multi-cloud strategies.
- Define and maintain infrastructure as code to ensure consistency and scalability across environments.
- Manage Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vaults, Application Insights) and legacy AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3).

- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, communicate technical decisions, and act as a trusted advisor.
Standards & Continuous Improvement- Lead the evolution of SilverTech's hosting practice by improving reliability, security, and operational standards, and ensure they are understood and followed across the team.
- Partner with the Chief Innovation Officer on hosting strategy, roadmap planning, budgeting, and vendor relationships, providing regular updates on team performance, risks, and priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes, tooling, and overall service delivery.
