What you will do - Apply engineering principles to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Lead equipment commissioning, start-up activities, and process troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve process, mechanical, and control system issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve yield, quality, and operational performance.
- Analyze process data, perform root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Author technical documentation and support compliance, quality, and risk management activities.
- Train and mentor colleagues while sharing technical expertise across the site.
What we are looking for - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in process engineering, Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT), technical operations, or a related field within a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of process improvement, equipment commissioning, technology transfer, or manufacturing support activities.
- Experience analyzing technical data and solving complex operational challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Understanding of automation systems, process controls, or manufacturing technologies.
