Job DescriptionACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIREDWe are seeking a
Senior TechELINT & Signals Analysis Engineer to serve as a technical SME driving a multi-discipline signals approach to support Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) missions. In this role, you will focus primarily on Technical Electronic Intelligence (TechELINT) and analyzing signals of interest (SOIs) across the end-to-end mission lifecycle-from tasking and processing to in-depth exploitation. You will perform technical characterizations of unknown signals and their underlying networks, define signal parameters, model complex signal behavior, and associate key indicators to advance intelligence capabilities.
The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$207,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills- TechELINT & SOI Analysis: Deep technical expertise in Technical Electronic Intelligence (TechELINT), focusing on the identification, analysis, and processing of Signals of Interest (SOIs).
- Signal Characterization & Modeling: Mastery of signal characteristics to determine structural parameters, model complex signal behavior, and perform technical characterization of unknown or exotic signals and underlying network structures.
- Multi-INT Integration: Multi-INT technical background across COMINT, ELINT, and FISINT disciplines to drive holistic signal identification, association, and threat characterization.
- Lifecycle Exploitation: End-to-end operational experience across the full lifecycle of tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TPED) for RDT&E efforts.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, PLUS
11+ years of professional experience in data science, NLP, or software engineering OR
High School Diploma / GED, PLUS
15+ years of specialized technical experience in lieu of a degree.
Desired SkillsDigital Signal Processing (DSP): Hands-on experience developing or applying DSP algorithms for signal filtering, detection, spectral estimation, and feature extraction.
Modulation Recognition: Expertise in automatic modulation classification and identification of advanced/complex digital communication protocols.
RF & Electronic Warfare (EW): Broad understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) fundamentals, EW systems, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.
Specialized Certifications: Completion of advanced military or agency signals analysis courses (e.g., 451/452 or equivalent specialized ELINT training).
