In this role, you will dig deep into complex signal environments to evaluate, characterize, and report on electronic parameters and radar signatures. You will work alongside seasoned analysts and data engineers to parse complex signal collections, refine analytical methodology, and generate high-confidence intelligence outputs. The annual base salary range for this role is $96,000-$114,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills- TechELINT Expertise: Demonstrated, hands-on experience analyzing Technical Electronic Intelligence (TechELINT) parameters and signal data.
- Signals Analysis Proficiency: Strong foundational background in signals analysis (ELINT, COMINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA) and RF fundamentals.
- Technical Rigor: Proven ability to evaluate pulse metrics, frequency measurements, and complex modulation types.
- Analytical Software & Tools: Familiarity with standard signals analysis software suites, processing tools, and technical data formats.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Science, or a related technical discipline, PLUS
2+ years of professional experience in signals analysis OR
Associate's Degree in a technical field PLUS
4+ years of relevant experience (inclusive of relevant military training/degree programs like MCSAP, MESAP, or MOSAP) OR
High School Diploma / GED PLUS
6+ years of hands-on signals analysis and TechELINT experience.
Desired SkillsTargeted Coursework: Completion of
SIGE3810 or
SIGE4810 courses, or completion of
MECCEP Phase 1 TechELINT (also considering completion of
SIGE2810 or
SIGE3801).
Multi-INT Exposure: Multi-discipline exposure across FISINT, COMINT, and PROFORMA signal processing.
Scripting & Automation: Basic proficiency with Python or scripting tools for automating repetitive data processing and signal measurement tasks.
