Shop Manager to lead one of our high-performing collision repair facilities.
As a Shop Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, building strong teams, and delivering the exceptional customer experience that Craftsman Collision is known for.
What You'll Do- Lead daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Provide coaching, direction, and support to a diverse team of technicians, estimators, and coordinators.
- Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer care.
- Manage shop financials, KPIs, payroll, and vendor relationships.
- Promote Craftsman Collision in the community and support business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive, collision repair, or related industries (leadership and customer service experience required).
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Strong understanding of shop operations, budgeting, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, ALLDATA) and familiarity with ADAS/vehicle calibration systems considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
