2-5 years of experience in the auto body or automotive dealership industry preferred, but not required
Valid driver's license is mandatory
Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage car parts exceeding 50 pounds
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools
Familiarity with management and estimating systems

Lead shop operations with a hands-on approach
Collaborate with the Office Manager for seamless communication
Implement and enforce company policies as per the B Street Employee Manual
Cultivate and maintain a positive team culture
Oversee and ensure adherence to quality control standards
Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
Manage the upkeep of necessary leases, licenses, and permits
Interview, select, and train new employees
Understand and manage business financials to meet goals
Gain cross-functional experience by training in each department before assuming full Store Manager responsibilities

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A SHOP MANAGER?
Majority of time spent in shop leading from an eyes-on-production mindset
Partner with a Office manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to shop floor
Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Manual
Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team
Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed
Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards
Assuring all necessary leases, licenses, and permits are current and in place
Interviewing, selecting, and training of employees
Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems
Understands business financials and meet financial goals
Spend time training in each department before taking on Store Manager responsibilities to ensure you are set up for success as a leader and fully understand all facets of business

Maintain a Monday - Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
