Job Summary:
THE ROLE Merch Traffic is currently hiring a Shipping and Logistics Manager. This person will be responsible for tracking purchasing orders, coordinating shipping from suppliers to multiple locations worldwide, and completing receipts in our inventory software. They will lead the logistics strategy and collaborate across multiple departments and partners to create shipping programs that deliver best in class supply chain network and costs to events, retailers, and customers, while preserving financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO- Manage and coordinate all shipment activities across all lines of business, domestic and international;
- Work across all departments, 3P distributors, and other parties to ensure product gets to the right place, on time, and at the best possible cost;
- Ensure all shipments are compliant with interstate traffic laws and regulations;
- Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages;
- Work with vendors and warehouses on proper documentation to match receiving logs;
- Receive and transfer product so location and invoicing is correct;
- Monitor production team open purchase orders to ensure timely receiving of goods.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING- 3 to 5 years of previous shipping and logistics experience;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or similar) preferred but not required;
- Familiarity with freight, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, both domestically and internationally;
- Knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) Codes and completing commercial invoices;
- Experience with SAP, Xero, or similar inventory software;
- Strong mastery of Excel;
- Detail and deadline-oriented, with strong follow through;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required;
- Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time;
- Work experience in entertainment and/or music industries a plus.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$72,000.00 USD - $90,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
