As a
Shift Nurse at NCFL, you'll:
- Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess individuals' health, documenting care in accordance with NCFL policies and Medicaid guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and direct support professionals to ensure exceptional care.
- Support individuals during daily activities, appointments, and community outings as needed.
- Promote health, safety, dignity, and independence while making a meaningful impact every day.

Compensation:- Registered Nurse (RN): $45.00/hour
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35.00-$38.00/hour
- Earn up to $52.50/hour for overtime! Employees regularly have opportunities to pick up additional shifts and significantly increase their earnings.
Available Shifts:- Days: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Evenings: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Overnights: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
What You'll Need:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current New Jersey RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current professional liability/malpractice insurance
- Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- A compassionate attitude and commitment to providing exceptional care
