Responsibilities:
SharePoint is the backbone of USSOCOM's knowledge management ecosystem. Every EKM task area - governance, records, collaboration, BI, training - runs on or through SharePoint. The SharePoint Developer / Administrator is responsible for the health, performance, security, customization, and modernization of this platform across classified and unclassified networks, at 13+ locations, serving approximately 70,000 users.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance
Three (3)+ years pragmatic experience with SharePoint Server farm administration; patching, backup/restore, service applications, health monitoring
Three (3)+ years of applied SharePoint Online administration preferably in Microsoft365 GCC High or IL5/IL6 tenants; site creation, permissions, storage management, sharing policies, tenant-level settings
Three (3)+ years of proficient PowerShell experience supporting SharePoint administration; scripting and automation
Three (3)+ years of developing and maintaining SPFx web parts and extensions
Three (3)+ years of SharePoint content migration; site collections, lists, libraries, workflows
Three (3)+ years of designing and implementing site structures, content types, managed metadata, and navigation
