Current North Carolina RN license or licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact state required

Position Summary
The Infection Preventionist is responsible for the Infection Prevention and Control Program, developed to control the spread of infections and/or outbreaks.
Track and monitor transmissible diseases and notify local, state and federal authorities about reportable diseases as required.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required.
Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state is required
3 or more years in healthcare field is required
Certification in Infection Control preferred, required within 3 years & maintained thereafter.
Pay Range
Infection Preventionist I salary range > $72259.20 - $105328.08
Final compensation is determined at the offer stage.
