ServiceNow Solution Architect - Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Role Summary

The ServiceNow SPM Architect will serve as a technical leader and hands-on contributor for the implementation and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. The initial focus is implementing Strategic Portfolio Management to support immediate portfolio management needs. The broader initiative includes establishing an Agile workflow from portfolio intake through daily execution using Sprints and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • Define scalable SPM architecture, configurations, workflows, and platform standards.
  • Design the Agile taxonomy and workflow from portfolio intake through Sprint and Kanban execution.
  • Support the integration of Azure DevOps with ServiceNow ITSM and SPM.
  • Translate portfolio management requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Design and support enterprise workflows, automation, service management processes, and CMDB governance.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.
  • Support platform governance, integrations, upgrades, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
