Full Job Description
ServiceNow IT Cybersecurity Specialist This is a full-time and onsite in San Diego, CA.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Architect ServiceNow security controls aligned to DoD Zero Trust.
  • Configure RBAC, ACLs, Data Policies, and Edge Encryption.
  • Maintain security role and access matrices.
  • Enforce IL4/IL5 segregation controls.
  • Develop SSPs and RMF artifacts.
  • Support ATO attainment and sustainment.
  • Manage POA&M activities.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and continuous monitoring.
  • Generate Security Assessment Reports.
  • Coordinate with Government PMs and AOs.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years cybersecurity experience.
  • Active DoDM 8140.03 DCWF-aligned qualification.
  • Expertise with NIST 800-53, 800-171/172, 800-161, RMF, and ATO processes.
  • Experience securing ServiceNow in FedRAMP High and DoD IL4/IL5 environments.
  • Experience with ACLs, RBAC, CAC/E-ICAM integrations.
  • ServiceNow GRC/IRM or SecOps experience preferred.
  • Must have ACTIVE Secret Clearance


The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
