About the Role:Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Markham, ON! Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing system maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents, bugs, and performance issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
Requirements:- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
