Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM architecture and design
• In-depth background in ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB Development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools
• Proficiency in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and CSDM
• Expertise in IT Asset Management, including SAM Pro and HAM Pro
• Strong focus on CMDB data integrity and dashboard analysis
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g. ServiceNow Architect, Admin)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Enterprise Level ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM solutions
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with automation and third-party tools
• Develop workflows that ensure alignment with Common Service Data Model
• Conduct analysis and maintain accuracy of CMDB data
• Optimize software licenses and manage hardware lifecycle
• Facilitate comprehensive IT asset visibility through discovery processes
• Implement and maintain CMDB dashboards for business insights
