ServiceNow Application Developer to support and enhance our enterprise ITSM platform. This role will focus on developing new solutions, maintaining existing modules, and ensuring smooth integrations across systems. You'll work closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver automation, process improvements, and platform upgrades that drive efficiency and compliance.
What You'll Do- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, workflows, and integrations
- Partner with business teams to design new solutions and optimize processes
- Support day-to-day requests, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Manage upgrades, patching, and system performance improvements
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and audit controls
- Document solutions, follow SDLC best practices, and support change/release management
What We're Looking For- 3+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer (large or enterprise environment preferred)
- Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting, automation, REST APIs, and integrations
- Proficiency with JavaScript, PowerShell, HTML/CSS, jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap, XML/JSON, Python
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), SSO, LDAP, JDBC
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with audit/reporting, workflows, and technical documentation
Nice to Have- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
- Hands-on experience with platform upgrades
- Background in application programming
- Familiarity with change and release management processes
Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 annuallySalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
