We invest in developing your diagnostic, electrical, engine, emissions and technical skills so you can continue growing throughout your career.What We Are Looking For:Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and electronic systems using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools.
Diagnose, repair and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, aftertreatment systems, electrical systems, brakes, driveline components, steering, suspension and other heavy-duty truck systems
Ability to provide and maintain a personal set of standard hand tools; Allegiance's Tool Program provides additional support for your tool needs.
Strong Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continuously develop technical skills
Technical school, diesel program, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
What You'll DoNo two days are exactly alike. You'll diagnose and repair commercial trucks, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, complete inspections and work alongside experienced technicians to get customers' trucks safely back on the road.
