The Opportunity: Lead, Build & Grow
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of results, leads by example, and knows how to get the best out of a team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, mentor, and develop service advisors and shop leadership, building a strong, accountable team
- Oversee daily operations, workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Coach advisors on communication, sales, customer relationships, and follow-through
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and build long-term loyalty
- Develop processes, enforce standards, and improve efficiency across the operation
- Work closely with ownership on strategy, hiring, training, and continued growth

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of automotive service experience
- 2+ years in a service management or leadership role
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and improve profitability
- Strong understanding of automotive repair operations and service sales
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage KPIs, improve processes, and hold teams accountable
- Experience with shop management software and digital inspections
- Familiarity with extended warranties and customer service escalations
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ownership mentality
- Comfortable embracing new technology and continuous improvement
