We're seeking a driven, dependable Service Manager to lead our Oklahoma City, OK service department and ensure exceptional service delivery for fire and rescue equipment.

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Build strong relationships with fire departments, ensuring proactive communication and outstanding customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Trade School or Technical Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in service management, automotive/fleet repair, or a related industry.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in fire apparatus, emergency vehicle, or heavy equipment service environment is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting knowledge and repair methodology.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate and resolve concerns.
  • Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must provide and maintain basic personal hand tools required assigned duties (company provides larger equipment, service vehicles, and job-specific tools/materials)
  • Knowledge of fire apparatus systems, NFPA standards, and emergency vehicle operations preferred.
