Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a standardized shared services menu to optimize processes.

  • Identify inefficiencies in service delivery and develop troubleshooting solutions.
  • Collaborate across the network to enhance service adoption and utilization.
  • Manage resources within the service center to ensure adequate capacity for services.
  • Oversee financial management of SSC costs and articulate value creation.
  • Act as the main escalation contact for network and SSC issues.

Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and drive a menu of shared services through standardizing, automating, and optimize processes in support of the network strategy.
  • Lead service center performance by monitoring performance of the team against defined performance & quality standards, providing KPI reporting, and executing regular business reviews.
  • Identify problem areas in service delivery processes and efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with the network to maximize adoption and utilization
  • Develop and manage SSC resources to have the capability and capacity to execute the services.
  • Provide financial stewardship by managing SSC costs and reporting value creation.
  • Serve as escalation point of contact for all concerns between the network and the SSC.

  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics and Transporation preferred.
  • 12+ years logistics industry experience
  • 5+ years supervisory or managerial experience. Remote team management preferred.
  • 3+ years in leading continuous improvement projects with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
