Full Job Description
We are adding an experienced Service Advisor to our team. This is not a counter job, and it is not a dead-end role. We have a structured, process-driven front office, a team that communicates, and a documented career path that takes a high-performing advisor all the way into location management. If you have at least 3 years of successful service writing behind you and you are ready to operate at a level where your skills are actually recognized and rewarded, this is the role worth your attention.
Our top advisors earn $100,000+ annually. Base pay plus weekly performance bonuses tied to GP dollars, ARO, hours per RO, and car count. Weekly pay. Monday through Friday, no weekends.
Responsibilities
• You will manage the customer relationship on every repair order from intake through delivery - capturing the concern accurately, presenting estimates clearly, following up on approvals, and communicating vehicle status before the customer has to ask.
• You will present Digital Vehicle Inspection results on every ticket, every time, without prejudging what the customer can afford.
• You will handle declined work follow-up and build the kind of long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• You will coordinate with technicians and the parts team to protect promise times and keep workflow moving without creating bottlenecks at the counter.
• You will hold yourself to a documented sales process and contribute to a front office culture built on accountability, organization, and professionalism.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of successful service writing experience in a professional automotive repair environment is required.
• You run a sales process because you understand why it works, not because someone is standing over you.
• You present every inspection line without pre-qualifying the customer; you handle the standard objections without discounting, and you document the customer's concern in their own words every time.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and you do not let promise times slip without communicating proactively. You have the leadership instinct to eventually grow beyond the counter and into store management, and you want to work somewhere that has a documented path to get you there.
• You operate without drama, and you hold yourself to a standard you would be comfortable having your name attached to.
