Our Advisors play a critical role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while driving customer satisfaction and service department success.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs
- Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery
- Communicate inspection findings and additional service recommendations
- Coordinate effectively with technicians to ensure timely repairs
- Keep customers informed with clear updates regarding vehicle status, timelines, and costs
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business
What You'll Bring- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive technician experience is a plus
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle systems
- Professional, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
