Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow their career with a reputable and established dealership.
Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience & performance)
What You'll Do:- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality work
- Provide updates and follow up with customers throughout the service process
- Upsell services and products when appropriate
What We're Looking For:- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Automotive knowledge required (BMW/MINI experience a plus)
- Experience with CDK or similar dealership software is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license required
