Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Software Configuration Analyst. This position is in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program.

This role will report to operating Segment Configuration Management / Data Management, and Program Change Engineering Lead and will work directly with Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM-PCE) leadership in a wide array of tasks associated with both configuration and data management disciplines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Planning meeting agendas, conducting meetings, and recording meeting minutes, controlling technical baselines, and tracking configuration status, performing document reviews to include classification markings, data rights markings, and formatting, Familiarity with development and transfer of technical baselines, and conducting configuration audits,

Developing Data Management products, knowledge, and experience with both Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) processes.

Developing solutions to a variety of complex problems, must be able to perform research and determine the best option from a variety of options without manager guidance.

Plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives.

Provide detailed CM/DM subject matter knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders when requested.

Represent your organization as a prime contact on your assigned contract or project.

Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Basic Qualifications

 2 Years with a bachelor9s degree, 1 year with a Master9s degree or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.

 U.S. Citizenship with an Active Secret Security Clearance obtained within the last 6 years and the ability to obtain Special Program Access.

 Experienced with MS Office and Teams

 Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes.

 Understanding of model-based systems engineering to support processes and life-cycle phases.

 Knowledgeable of Configuration and Data Management process and procedure.

 Presentation experience with the ability to present to Project and Program Management, other technical managers, and customers.

 Strong understanding of project management principles and change management methodologies.

 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 NG CPLM or Siemens Teamcenter Experience.
 Siemens NX and/or Capital Experience.
 JIRA, SharePoint Experience.
 ICBM Weapon Systems Experience.
 Familiarity with EIA-649 and/or MIL-HDBK-61

Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate9s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
