Senior Workplace Engineering Lead

We seek professionals who have successfully led and delivered modern transformations. They help design, implement, and support secure, scalable solutions across enterprise environments. Key job responsibilities include: • Lead complex technical investigations across workplace technologies, driving root cause analysis, solution evaluation, and cross-functional coordination. • Partner with engineering, operations, support, and architecture teams to identify ownership, validate recommendations, and improve employee technology experiences through scalable solutions. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. What we need: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions • Minimum 5 years experience in Authentication & Identity Management • Minimum 5 years experience in Desktop Transformation • Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft 365 • Minimum 5 years experience in ServiceNow ITSM Problem Management • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
