Who You AreYou're intellectually curious and stay current on markets and planning strategy because you find the work genuinely interesting. You think analytically and communicate clearly. You can take a complex recommendation and explain it in plain language to a client who didn't ask to become a finance expert.
You take ownership without being told to. You notice what needs doing and handle it. You make the people around you better, not harder to work with. And your work product reflects a standard of detail that speaks for itself.
