As a result, we have a full-time position available for a senior level water/wastewater project manager/engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities include: - Serving as the project manager for civil/environmental water and wastewater projects
- Overseeing design as well as performing technical design tasks
- Drafting proposals with scope and pricing
- Reviewing client billings
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff
- Serving as a client manager
Travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have all of the following:- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil, environmental or related engineering from an accredited college or university
- At least twelve (12) years of relevant experience
- PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states
The ideal candidate will have experience in any/all of the following:- Designing water and wastewater projects, with specialization in one or more of the following project types:
- Large diameter pipelines
- Water/wastewater treatment
- Pump stations
- Effluent disposal and biosolids
- Stormwater
- Project management (scope, schedule and budget)
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff
- Client management for municipal and county governments
