Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team! We are seeking an experienced operations leader who is passionate about people development, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead multiple warehouse teams and help drive improvements across productivity, inventory accuracy, cost, quality, and customer service.
As the Senior Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, accurate, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
You will:- Lead and provide overall direction for multiple warehouse teams, establishing priorities and ensuring alignment with site and business objectives.
- Oversee daily inbound, outbound, receiving, storage, picking, packing, material handling, and shipping operations.
- Drive improvements in warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance.
- Develop and execute warehouse strategies that support both short-term operational requirements and long-term business objectives.
- Ensure strong inventory management and stock rotation practices, minimizing inventory discrepancies, damage, and material loss.
- Establish, monitor, and improve warehouse KPIs, identifying performance gaps and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, optimize material flow, increase efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and operational procedures, promoting a strong safety-first culture.
- Manage workforce planning, labor utilization, scheduling, workload balancing, and resource allocation based on business demand.
- Coach, develop, and hold warehouse leaders and team members accountable for performance and results.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, Customer Service, Quality, and other business functions to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
- Analyze complex operational challenges and independently develop solutions, recommending changes to processes, procedures, and policies when necessary.
- Support budget management and identify opportunities to improve labor efficiency and overall operating costs.
- Lead and support warehouse transformation, automation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
What qualifications will make you successful?- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant progressive experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading large or multiple operational teams, including experience managing and developing frontline leaders or supervisors.
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, material flow, fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse processes.
- Proven track record of improving operational KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, safety, cost, and on-time delivery.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety and operational compliance requirements.
- Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and operational performance reporting.
- Strong communication, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience within manufacturing, electrical equipment, industrial automation, energy management, distribution, or a related industrial environment is strongly preferred.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 168,800 - USD 253,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
